All apartments include a private phone line with free local calls, cable TV/VCR, air conditioning (seasonal), self-service kitchens with everything you need to take care of your own meals, extra linens and towels, iron/ironing board, and optional maid service. All utilities included. One, two, and three bedroom apartments have sofa beds. In addition, aero-beds can be provided for an additional fee. Many units have fireplaces and decks.
